UX Designer - content design (remote)

Rivermark Willow Community Partners is a St. Louis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around volunteer shifts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in volunteer shifts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
