UX Designer - content design (remote)

Highbridge Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
