UX Designer - content design (remote)

Summit Bright Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Minneapolis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
