UX Designer - content design (remote)

Ironwood Amber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Boise. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
