UX Designer - content design (remote)

Westbrook Glen Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
