UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
