UX Designer - content design (remote)

Clearpath Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Raleigh area. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
