UX Designer - content design (remote)

Summit Forge Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Denver working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of about 623 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
