UX Designer - content design (remote)

Rivermark Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Wichita serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
