UX Designer - content design (remote)

Highbridge Sable Press is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in paper stock. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
