UX Designer - content design (remote)

Foxglove Pine Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 607 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
