UX Designer - content design (remote)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Jose, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
