UX Designer - content design (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Meridian Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Raleigh, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of about 852 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
