UX Designer - content design (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Raleigh. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
