UX Designer - content design (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Ember Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in benefits enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
