UX Designer - content design (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
