UX Designer - content design (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Haven Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Providence caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
