UX Designer - content design (Portland, OR)

Amberfield Willow Pharma Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
