UX Designer - content design (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath Drift Health Group is a healthcare provider in Pittsburgh with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
