UX Designer - content design (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around Phoenix with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
