UX Designer - content design (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
