UX Designer - content design (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
