UX Designer - content design (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Ridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Phoenix caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
