UX Designer - content design (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight River Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
