UX Designer - content design (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Ridge Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling.
