UX Designer - content design (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Pike Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
