UX Designer - content design (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Nashville. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
