UX Designer - content design (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Maple Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in online orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
