UX Designer - content design (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge West Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Nashville. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in ticketing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
