UX Designer - content design (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
