UX Designer - content design (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Ivory Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Minneapolis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
