UX Designer - content design (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Thistle Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
