UX Designer - content design (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate River Financial Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
