UX Designer - content design (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Meadow Markets is a Milwaukee retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
