UX Designer - content design (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Granite Markets serves neighbourhoods around Miami with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Miami. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
