UX Designer - content design (Miami, FL)

Nova Maple Press Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 852 people based in Miami. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in paper stock. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
