UX Designer - content design (Miami, FL)

Summit Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
