UX Designer - content design (Miami, FL)

Bright Rook Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in online orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
