UX Designer - content design (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Thistle Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in tuition and subsidies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
