UX Designer - content design (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Junction Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Madison. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
