UX Designer - content design (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Field Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
