UX Designer - content design (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Summit Amber Financial and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
