UX Designer - content design (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Louisville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
