UX Designer - content design (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sable Press and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 714 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in customer orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
