UX Designer - content design (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Thistle Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
