UX Designer - content design (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Timber Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
