UX Designer - content design (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Quarry Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Las Vegas presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around exhibitions that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in exhibitions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
