UX Designer - content design (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Cedar Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 253 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
