UX Designer - content design (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Ember Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
