UX Designer - content design (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Ridge Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Las Vegas. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in claims. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
